5 way using how to print a drawing

PRINTING PART OF DRAWING (Using Window option)

Command line: Type print or plot and press Enter Key

Menubar: Choose File(menu) > Plot(option)

Toolbar: From Standard toolbar pick Plot tool

Procedure: 01

Step 1: Input PRINT command.

Step 2: From Plot device tab option, select the printer/plotter which is available

Step 3: From Plot device tab option, select plot style as you need(monochrome for black print)

Step 4: From Plot settings tab option, select needed Paper size and Inches Or mm

Step 5: From Drawing orientation, select the Portrait Or landscape

Step 6: From Plot scale, select Scaled to fit from scale option

Step 7: From Plot area, click on Window button

Step 8: Click two corner point to make window for necessary part of drawing to print

Step 9: If Necessary, click Full Preview / Pertial Preview to preview and press spacebar to return

Step 10: Click OK button to print the drawing

Extents option

PRINTING WHOLE DRAWING (Using Extents option)

Command line: Type print or plot and press Enter Key

Menubar: Choose File(menu) > Plot(option)

Toolbar: From Standard toolbar pick Plot tool

Procedure: 02

Step 1: Input PRINT command.

Step 2: From Plot device tab option, select printer and plot size

Step 3: From Plot setting tab option, select needed Paper size and Inches Or mm

Step 4: Select paper orientation Portrait Or landscape

Step 5: From plot scale, select the Scaled to fit

Step 6: Fom Plot area, select the Extents

Step 7: If necessary , click Full Preview/Pertial preview to preview and press spacebar to return

Step 8: Click OK button to print the drawing.

using display option

PRINTING PART OF DRAWING(Using Display option)

Command line: Type print or Plot and press Enter Key

Menubar: Choose File(menu) > Plot(option)

Toolbar: From Standard toolbar pick Plot tool

Procedure: 03

Step 1: View the part of drawing you want to print then input PRINT command

Step 2: Select printer, plot style, paper size, Inches Or mm, orientation as needed

Step 3: From Plot scale, select Scaled to fit

Step 4: From Plot area, click on Display button

Step 5: If necessary, click Full Preview / Pertial Preview to preview and press spacebar to return

Step 6: Click OK button to print the drawing

Using window Option

Printing Drawing In Window Option

Command line: Type print or plot and press Enter Key

Menubar: Choose File(menu) > Plot(option)

Toolbar: From Standard toolbar pick Plot tool

Procedure: 04

Step 1: Input PRINT command

Step 2: Select printer, plot style, paper size, Inches Or mm. orientation as needed

Step 3: From Plot scale, select Scaled to fir from scale option

Step 4: From Plot area, click on Window button

Step 5: Click two corner point to make window for necessary part of drawing to print

Step 6: Click Center the Plot box to make it check mark.

Step 7: If necessary, click Full preview / partial Preview to preview and press spacebar to return

Step 8: Click OK button to print the drawing

Using Scale Option

PRINTING DRAWING IN SPECIFIC SCALE

Command line: Type print or plot and press Enter Key

Manubar: Choose File(menu) > Plot (option)

Toolbar: From Standard toolbar pick Plot tool

Procedure: 05

Step 1: Input PRINT command

Step2: Select printer, plot style, paper size, Inches Or mm, orientation as needed

Step 3: From Plot area, click on Window button

Step 4: Click two corner point to make window for necessary part of drawing to print

Step 5: From Plot scale, input Drawing units according to scale (input 200 for 1:200 scale)

Step 6: If necessary, click Full Preview/ Pertial Preview to preview and press spacebar to return
